REAL ESTATE AUCTIONS: THE BASICS AND BENEFITS
HOW DOES A REALTOR BECOME INVOLVED IN REAL ESTATE AUCTIONS?
Brokers can refer sellers ("Referring Broker")
A real estate broker can refer a seller to Christenson-Elms and receive a percentage of commissions. A referring broker is an agent of the seller who has marketed the seller's property and represents the seller during the sale and at the closing. During the auction, the referring broker typically manages many traditional real estate functions and shares the commission based on the relationship defined by the parties involved.
Responsibilities of Referring Broker
- Refer seller to Christenson-Elms
- We will help seller analyze his/her needs, the property, and market to determine if a good auction situation exists
- Perform functions agreed upon between the parties

THE AUCTION COMPANY OF CHOICE
The "Christenson-Elms Auction" is an accelerated method of marketing with a prestigious image which allows the seller to control the process while realizing highest market value. It is a highly structured and intensified marketing campaign designed to educate and motivate qualified buyers to respond - resulting in sales.
It is our philosophy that only certain properties qualify for the auction method of marketing. Consequently we are selective in our representation to ensure an acceptable sales price for our clients. As well, we offer our services to a limited number of exceptional properties which allows us to devote our complete attention on the seller's behalf. This commitment has served us well due to the fact that the properties we represent, we sell and close.
